Shipping & Handling

Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. You can always log into your account for shipping information and to view your tracking number. Once you place an order you will receive an email with all the information related to the shipping date, tracking number, and estimated arrival. Please contact our Customer Service team, shipping@surihuacaya.com, or by clicking the blue icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. You will be contacted within 24 hours.

We offer direct delivery services to the countries listed below. If you would like to inquire about delivery to another location please contact our Customer Service by email at shipping@surihuacaya.com.

Unless listed below, delivery to countries is shipped by air for $49.99, AND customers will be required to pay duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

For orders shipped to Manhattan, we offer same day delivery. Orders placed by 12:00PM EST on weekdays will be delivered by 6:00PM EST on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 12:00PM EST on weekdays will be delivered on the next business day.

Unfortunately no, so please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once your items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

For orders over $1,000 Yes. Every delivery must be signed for, as we need proof of delivery. We cannot authorize a delivery without a signature, so please make sure you are available to sign.
